Jacqueline Musiitwa, Founder
Jacqueline began her career at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where she practiced in the area of corporate and outsourcing matters. Additionally, she is the founder and executive director of Transitional Trade, a non-profit whose mission it is to promote social trade, investment and entrepreneurship in post-conflict countries and transitional communities.
Jacqueline is an Adjunct Professor of International Law at Central Michigan University, Sociopolitics and Economics of Africa at Drexel University and Business Law at Briarcliffe College. Jacqueline serves on the board of the Uptown Democrats in Harlem, New York. She is a Queens County representative of the New York Bar Association. She is a 2008 Empire State Counsel, which is awarded to attorneys that provide pro bono legal services.
Jacqueline graduated from Davidson College receiving a BA in Political Science and International Studies. She went on to earn her JD from the University of Melbourne where she was a member of the Melbourne Journal of International Law. She speaks French and Spanish.
Elle Byram
Elle recently transitioned from her position as a litigation attorney at the boutique law firm Williams Montgomery & John in Chicago, IL back to the practice of transactional law, in which she began her career at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in San Francisco, CA. Elle recently relocated to New York and where she has focused her career on the public sector. Elle has recently begun volunteering for various pro bono initiatives in throughout the New York area. She has also become an active member of Transitional Trade to further its mission in improving post-conflict countries and transitional communities.
Elle graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Prior to her entry in law, Elle earned a Masters in Clinical Psychology where she assisted with research and presented presentations at psychological conferences on the impact of early stage HIV on the central nervous system. She earned her Bachelors degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Vishnu Prasad
Vishnu began his law career at a leading Corporate Law firm in New Delhi. He later relocated to Bangalore where he had worked in two commercial law firms handling various corporate transactions. After gaining exposure in both regulatory and transactional work, to broaden the practice and specialize in International Business law, he undertook a Specialized Masters Degree in International Business Law from the London School of Economics. Immediately upon completing the Masters Degree, he joined a commercial law firm in the heart of London’s Legal District, Chancery Lane where he gained substantial transactional experience in UK and European Law. In the area of Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisition he has advised companies from various sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Information Technology, and Financial Services.

Kamaka Martin
Kamaka is a recent law graduate admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in the Melbourne, Australia and has a pending application with the New York State Bar. Kamaka graduated from Lafayette College, Easton, PA, where she received a B.A. in history and political science. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne Law School, Melbourne, Australia. Prior to embarking on her law degree Kamaka worked as a paralegal for Goodwin Procter, LLP in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisition and labor and employment. After graduating from law school Kamaka worked as a law clerk for Piard Dalley, PLLC.
